30 mln it not much (for some kind of movies) But it is difficult to discuss without details. If you want to discuss specific cases use reaction feature to mark movies which will be exported to MovieStats. Than I can have a look... and make some analyses based on more data. (this works in every mode apart of Quick Game as in Quick Game no films are exported to MovieStats).

One more comment be aware about targets... if you make blockbuster which is artistic there is big chance that it will not get enough profit. Remember if you spend a lot of money you need to assure that this movie will go to as wide audience as possible. So here also may be a problem.

While the profits for comedy, romance, and drama films are realistic, i feel that 5 star Sci-Fi, Action, Fantasy movies should have the ability to make more than 200-300 million dollars. The game is meant to be realistic, and as much as i love this game, i spend hours on it, i feel that blockbuster movies like that should be able to reach 700mil- 1 billion dollars.

I got lately some comments that blockbusters do not earn enough... I will check it by to say the truth I am not fan of blockbuster and I didn't wante to make the game to be too easy if you will play with this strategy. Please note that the total profits are gathered by complicated algorithms and in general the biggest benefits are not from the movie itself but from the next movie which you produce after the movie (results from new movies influence the popularity of your older movies)

Nevertheless I will check it more deeply... as if there are few people who complains about it probably there is something to be improved.
